Getting Started
Create an account, set up your workspace, add a knowledge source and run your first research.
Account & Sign In
Sign in with your work email. Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page to reset your password.
Workspace & Permissions
Each brand has its own isolated workspace. Your role decides what you can see, edit, review and approve.
Intelligence & Research
Add websites, documents or written notes in Knowledge, then click Understand to start a research run.
Strategy & Planning
Research produces recommendations, content opportunities and a content plan that fills the calendar.
Content Studio
Open a planned item to see its brief, write and edit the draft, and send it for review.
Review & Approval
Reviewers approve or request changes. Approved items can then be scheduled and published.
Governance
Version history, workflow history and the audit trail record every change to every asset.
